Spin up temporary 5-node Orama clusters on Hetzner Cloud for development and testing.

Setup (one-time):
  orama maint sandbox setup

Usage:
  orama maint sandbox create [--name <name>] [--archive <path>]
                                           Create a new 5-node cluster
  orama maint sandbox destroy [--name <name>]    Tear down a cluster
  orama maint sandbox list                       List active sandboxes

The archive (--archive, or this checkout built now) must be signed by the
RootWallet account that is unlocked: it is the only signer a sandbox trusts.
Create and rollout install it the way 'orama node setup' and 'orama maint push' do.

Delete all sandbox infrastructure and config to start fresh

Deletes floating IPs, firewall, and SSH key from Hetzner Cloud,
then removes the local config (~/.orama/sandbox.yaml) and SSH keys.

Use this when you need to switch datacenter locations (floating IPs are
location-bound) or to completely start over with sandbox setup.
